Intermarine Canada strengthens leadership for regional growth

Andrew Brand appointed General Manager, Intermarine Canada Ltd.

Intermarine UK Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Brand as General Manager of Intermarine Canada Ltd., following a successful year leading the business unit’s establishment, infrastructure development, and business development activities across the region.

Over the past 12 months, Andrew has guided and driven the launch Intermarine Canada – from corporate registration and operational setup to building early customer engagement and positioning the company for long‑term growth. His leadership has laid a strong foundation for Intermarine’s expansion and the supply of contingent skilled labour services across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

In his new role, Andrew will be responsible for driving regional growth in alignment with Group strategy, strengthening Intermarine’s presence across key defence and commercial maritime and alternate energy market sectors, and overseeing the execution of all new skilled labour service contracts within the region. With more than four decades of senior leadership experience in the defence and aerospace sectors – including extensive P&L responsibility, strategic planning, and international business development – Andrew brings a proven track record of delivering results in complex, mission‑critical environments.

Andrew’s appointment marks an important step in Intermarine’s global expansion, reinforcing the Group’s commitment to deep customer partnership and operational excellence across the Americas.
